Research collaboration with Kathryn Scott to explore the conceptual linkage between American capitalist culture, marriage rituals, and environmental destruction. Selected works from my contribution to the project are shown here. The project was carried out in Montana, including a period spent in Butte, Montana at the Berkeley Pit. The Berkeley Pit is a former open-pit copper mine, a bizarre tourist attraction, and one of the largest Superfund sites in the United States. It has been noted as being "one of the only places in the world where you can pay to see toxic waste".
